bit of luck for a change so the ferrets will be happy

she is fully kc regesterd with 27 champions on her 5 gen paper , she is 8 months old there have been rabbits 20 yards from us in the midle of the feild and she hasnt even noticed them running , i was going to try her with a rag to chae but there is nothing that moves fast enough for her to chase i cant pull it fast enough she runs with my bike me as fast as i can go and she doesnt even get out of breath or nead to run fast . her father was a huge whippet from old coursing stock 20 of the champions were on his side both parents were ownd bye the same people and work the lamp and with ferrets th

im in the same position as minion im in fife scotland and would like to get my pup into lure coursing eventualy now and againe aswell as work her at the moment she doesnt even notice rabbits a squirell was 5 foot away from her in open that she couldov got easy and she just stood and looked at it she was more alert but didnt chase ? any idea's how to get her chasing ? would taking her out with the ferrets to watch get her more keen ? regards sorry about the questions lol .

never used a finder my self mostly as i dont have one was always lucky enough when i was younger my ferrets always pulled the rabbits they killed out . ill be getting a finder in the future tho as soon as i have the cash got enough to buy at the moment tho .

mine go threw half a pound of dog mince a night each the big male eats the same as my smalles jill or a whole rabbit between them or they eat a whole makrel each in a night and they arnt over wait they would eat a pound of pig heart in a day between two so half a bit liver isnt enough mate they will eat a bit each easy and if they dont itl be there when they need it .

got a grey tonight the pup whippet hasnt shown any intrest but tonight she chased one up tree and i naild it just under the front right leg and down it came over the moon the ferrets will be happy since they havent had much rabbit yet . hopefully be as lucky on friday ferreting !

nothing about me the squirels are getting the lot got one back tonight tho first kill since i got the 22 back and the whippet chased one its the first time she's shown any intrest so im well chuft ferrets are well fed tonight .

the squirrel lookd the dogs danglies on wild gourmet last night im going to give it a try jujst looked like we rabbits when they were cleanedand as he ses all they eat is nuts so cant be bad for you !

i didnt know about the pest control course mate but ill deffo be seing about that now ill have alook on there site and phone them the day . im not driving just now mate or i would have loved that ! iv just got two american bulldogs a whippet and 2 jack russel's might be getting another whippet depending how he work's out and im going to be getting a dog for picking up soon eather a gwp a visla or a cocker but iv nothing for picking up just now . its good the buisness is doing well mate ! i will do just going to keep looking and asking about till i get something . regards kri -

i always remember you doing the geese from years ago , the boys a clown he had it made there like i used to be there with him all the time kenny is a good guy ill give him a shout and see what he say's . i thought about pest control aswell but its getting the foot in the door somewhere eh and didnt think there were much jobs about here fro pest control . illo deffo be trying to get an under keeper job but if that doesnt work out i have plans for my own buisness in the future but realy would like to be a keeper one day . cheers for the advice lee hows your buisness going going ? regards kr

thanks guy's thats great ill check the shooting time's i always get the country mans weakly ill get the times all the time now too . highlander; i was going to do the nc and hnc at the college just up from me in cupar but they were out of spaces this year but im on next years list of starts anyway . thanks if i nead any more info ill let you know . can you start that course at any time of year or is it a seasonal start date aswell ? regards kris .

if anythging from experience the jrt would be the one trying to bully even at that young age i have a bitch of the same age and she is giving my american bulldogs and whippet and older jrt alot of crap ! dont see why you would ask advice then sell ... if you were going to seel why ask advice in the first place and i wouldnt say she was worth anymore than half that my bitch has papers and both parents are dug to regularly and have been for 4 years i was given her from a mate and the rest sold at £100 doe's that make her worth £350 since she is a paperd bitch and both parents could have any tr

i know what your saying rick there are alot of people out there like that the estate i used to help on was a realy good one but due to to the way my old friend left the job i cannot see me getting a job on the estate ive not spoken to the keeper since and havent spoken to the freind in 2 years either . what would be the best way of finding something ? calling estate's or just bye asking around or ? as i havent seen any possitions advertised . thanks for the advice rick
