quality catch as usual netrigger , where in scotland are you fancy giving a young lad some advice on how to start netting with no experience or contacts with experience ? know its a long shot but aint getting any help in my own post and desparate to learn . regards kris .

well im quite gutted the cuz never turned up and due to the twat next doors fire works the dogs have been going tits the other half been going tits all night as iv about went threw to do the twat so never got shooting an im probably glad or the poor pups would be terafied in the run so iv had to bring them all in . of out later in the week to the same spot ill post picks .

going out with my mate and wee cuz tonight on a pond so hopefully get something mostly malard but seen some geese come in the last time i was there so hopefully get something decent . ill up date later .

went out for a pop at them the day with my wee cuz and big cuz and the wee boy from along the road so headed of at half 7 walked up there was about 30-50 geese in the feild was gutted i didnt have the gun with me so set to netting the first set looked promising under a trea had to send the wee lad in as we couldnt get into net but nuthing after 15 minz so lifted them moved on done another 7 set's a few under trea's and a few on bankings my young albino was working well not one rabbit bolted untill the last set the wee lads jill wouldnt go down neather would mine so i put the albino down nothin

what do you do just weigh the nets down and have floats on the top ? have a guy at each end and walk with it ? or do you just have the net in a set possition for a while and then the fish net them selfs ? do the fish get tangled up in the nets or pulled in with it ? cheers for the replys guys .

hi im a 20 year old into hunting fishing lamping shooting ferreting all i enjoy but this is something iv only ever seen on the tv and is something that im intrested in trying how would i go about learning ? what nets would i use and where would i net ? where a river meats the sea ? there are a few places or what i think are places that would be suitable near me so any help would be ace . i know its a long shot and not alot of people will want to let people in on there skills and secrets but if some of us young uns dont learn itl eventualy never be known . regards kris .

its not all goo got a 1yr old and a 4 year old i have constantly and have to take everywhere with me except when i get an hours shooting before dark . its not that easy i have to walk the dogs one at a time with the 2 kids and its not easy training them when im out with 2 kids i have to spend my nites in my back yard with a light training them one at a time to sit etc . i start working againe on monday but my shifts are 6am till 2 pm so i have to go home get kids and walk the dogs one bye one then i take the jrt and the whippet out when im shooting i have to get up and let them out at 4.50 bef

i get cooked dog mince from my butcher anyway but iv got 5 at the moment 2 eat the same as the rest put the gether each got another one cuming so ill need as much cheep as i can get . sorry if a sounds thick but whats a halal butcher... just a normal one or ?

just conect it however you can the tape it we used to lamp with a crappy lamp from a garden centre taped to a carbattery when we were 14 done the job but was a c**t to carry used to cause riots over who was carrying it first lol

i cant stand the long tails but ythe male pup was a favour i was due back and his parents are handy dogs ive been told to get them taken of but think there a bit old now .... the bitch was also from a mate and parents ive seen work so didnt realy wanna go looking for pups i didnt know just for the sake of a docked tail . the bitch will not see any diggs even tho her parents do the do but the dog is gonna turn out how i wanted so not gonna complain about a tail .

i ano what your saying mate she's a tidy enough we bitch but hasnt seen anything and i wouldnt be guaranteed anything with it even how it would would be with my other dogs . im thinking about putting the money into expanding my kennel space rather than just take the bitch cause she's there . cheers for the replys guys .

WELL I HAVE AN 8 WEEK OLD AND A 5 MONTH OLD JRT AND IM GETTING A WHIPXJRT IN A FEW WEEKS SO IM NOT NEEDING ANYMORE PUPS MY WHIPPET IS JUST STARTING TO SHOW INTREST AND I COULD BE DOING WITH SOMETHING THAT IS READY TO GO ILL BE NEXT YEAR BEFORE THE REST ARE READY AND THE BEDDYS A DECENT ENOUGH LOOKING BITCH HASNT SEEN ANYTHING BUT IS VERY KEEN AND HAS BEEN KEPT INDOOR AS A PET AND IS LITRALY JUMPING OUT HER SKIN WITH NOT ENOUGH EXCERSISE AND BRAIN STIMULATION . SHE ISNT KC SHE IS SUPPOSED TO BE FROM A KEEPER BUT I COULDNT BE SURE THATS RIGHT JUST DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT BEDDYS AND THOUGHT SHE MIGH
