well the we one has been at me for weeks now to take her out with the ferrets but im sick telling her they are a bit young so got her up at half 5 this morning (she's only 5) snuck out while mum and we bro are still snoring and of we went with webly on the shoulder and springer bye my side and a little monster trailing about 10 yards back so we walked threw the first few fields her shouting everytime she seen a rabbit crow woddy or pritty much anything so i eventualy got to a decent spot sat her down one side the dog the other and out with the gun positioned up and waited after 5 mins it was t

i dont drive so have to rely on my other half and the family car as transport an she aint a fan of the dogs plus i have a 20 month and a 5 year old who i struggle to get childminder for at the best of time hence the nead for something close if possible . if i was offerd the right dog 300 miles away i would travel to it but to be fair there are decent enough animals up our way its just most my mates have bitches. -

im after eather a decent 1st cross bull saluki or wheaton any of the three because all three will be capable of what i want and i have no preferance the bitch is of good class she has won a few races would have won more but snaped a wrist so will never run againe she wasnt a cheap bitch . the dog i can use is a half cross collie i have seen him take roe fox hare and rabbits he works day and night and is steady with ferret and bird he is just not the type i want to put over her as i fancy one of what i have said the dog is of good class its just iv never been a great collie fan so its not that -
do you eat the eggs whether there is a cock bird or not ?

as it ses i have a black greyhound bitch 53 pound fit on day ten have a dog standing bye but he aint exactly what im after fee or pick ... what you got .

i might sound dumb but do you need a cock bird for the hens to produce eggs or do they lay if there all hens ? what sort of set ups for your quail do you have ? . what breeds are best for both eggs and rearing to eat ?

hi im looking for some beating this season the beat i usualy work isnt looking promising so im looking for something else if its available can travel pritty much anywhere in scotland and i have a dog i have worked 4 seasons at the beating so know what i am doing my dogs is steady and never passes a bird if there is room for 2 my other half would be intarested in a space aswell she may have a dog to use this season but only if she has enough work for him as at the moment he is on loan to a mate who will give him the work he needs. failing this can i have some advice how to find some beating

you feel pritty light headed if you drink the hale tine so a ken what you mean now . i get my mince from the butcher frozen bag 30 odd bags a pound in weight for £12 plus as much bones as i want although they are mostly leg bones so only any use for a bit chew on . used to get a big bag about 15 lb bags out of it for £4 at the dog track but the boy stopped doing it.

sorry i just read the bullx part the parents are both cracking looking dogs although i also find it hard to believe the pups would be of much use for anything other than pets and as for the saluki and the ban on hare the saluki is in a completly diffrent league to both these dogs the saluki will take whatever you put in front of it if traind properly so if all you want to do is take rabbits the saluki will take them where as if you are lucky enough to live in a country without the ban you can take more of a range of quary so dont realy see where the saluki and any ban compare to lab x's i dont

how do you cure it just let it dry out while your nets are hanging ? if your making a stick how do you cure it tie it to a clothes post or ?? whens the best time of year to do it or just anytime do?

i never realy new why my self was just what i was told to feed the dogs when i was younger bye my grandad . what do you mean take the edge of the dog after around 5 hours ? boost the dogs energy for around 5 hours then the dog cant be ar*d basicly or ....

im not intrested in the dog im not intrested in any dogs at the moment hence why i just knocked a good rabbiting dog back. its not me thats intrested its a boy who lives on a farm iv been shooting on but he wants something that will do more than terrier work so there would be no point in giving him the boys number unless the dog could do what he ask's and for £160 for a bullx that is doing big stuff it is a question that you have to ask plus the boy wouldnt be intrested if the dogs any further than hawick hence both questions , if it had been for me i would have called the boy and went for th

i was offerd a whippet/grey x collie grey last night 21/22" male just over a year taking rabbits on the lamp and the boy offerd me trial with the we dog so cant have been talkin crap and he was only wanting pennys for it if he is the type your after give me a shout and ill put you on to him . im not in the possition for another dog or i would have taken him. regards kris.

we run at thornton corbie and have been down to gretna a few times at thornton there used to be 8 books and we would be money on 90% of the time that would be not trying for months before hand its a shambles trying to get a bet but there are some decent enough classed dogs go round the track as for corbie i havent seen quite the quality but im not so keen on the track and am only there when my dogs are running . i would say most dogs on all three tracks could qualify for ngrc as iv seen dogs come threw from low grade ngrc and not qualify many a time not stopped where iv seen dogs that only run

thanks lee this is a realy hard decision because i dont want her going else where and something like this happning or worse even though i dont see her doing it and dont think it is all her fault i cant help but think is rehoming her realy the best thing to do. i have a few people intarested but im very unsure whether ill be taking any of them further or whether she will be pts i personaly want to put her in my kennel and bring my springer indoors but the girl will not have it incase she gets the springer or turns on the kids she ses so its a real hard decision.

if had a few offers now but im unsure im still thinking about having her pts due to the fact i dont want her pushed around at all and i dont want her in a situation where this could happen againe. regards kris.
