  5. Silencer is all finished and stoved, tried it out this morning and the silencer looks far better now. Only problem is even though its been stoved to harden the paint I don't think it will be long before it gets scratched. So I probably will purchase some camo tape.

  11. Hi can anyone help. When I am replying to messages I write the message but it wont let me insert a smiley as the whole section across the tool bar is faded out. its just happened in the last couple of days.
  12. Hi you wont go far wrong with H&N FTT, Air Arms of JSB Exacts. All brilliant pellets. My 95 loved the H&N FTT.
  13. Hi guys I have a new shiny alloy silencer and I know this is no good for hunting as its to shiny, can anyone suggest the best way to dress it up for hunting.
  14. Hi guys I always used to shoot 177 in Field Target and HFT, but had a break for health reasons. Now that I am back I shoot 22 calibre and find it really satisifying. I don't think it matters what calibre you shoot as long as it kills humanely and hits home. its all about enjoying what we choose to shoot

  16. Hi mac great shooting as always mate your right about cows they can be very dangerous when people are around them. The HW100 AND s410 are excellent rifles.

  18. Hi Logan just be careful if you use the sander as it might take more wood off than you want, if you are careful you will be ok

Hi Logun I have stripped back a few stocks and I still do it the old way by using a course sandpaper to remove the varnish that protects the stock and then I use a medium grade sandpaper to get to the original wood then a nice fine sandpaper to really smooth the stocks.   20. Hi im after a new silencer for my springer and have been looking at the Hogan Decimeter Silencer, has anyone on the forum used one of these and are they any good.
  21. Hi Bob like the other guys have mentioned make sure the mount has a stud retainer and make sure they are good quality mounts.
