I had a bitch a few years back, she was'nt fast but caught plenty of rabbits. I've got a pup on now that is bed/wheat/whip/grey x sal/col/grey -
I use old hydraulic pipe with the metal fitting welded to a plate and bolted to exhaust, the pipe dos'nt get too hot so you can touch it without gloves.

Was a good show last year.

When we had our hounds we used good oat straw. My dad also used to do a lot small bales of oat for the local hunt.

Won't go again,the lurcher show was a long way behind schedule and very disorganised.I usually go to the Fell and Moorland, but fancied a change.Next year i'll be back to Richmond. -

It was a good show, seemed to be more dogs in class's than last year.

Looks a bit dangerous to me, too many squirrels around here.

I used a indoor cage for current dog and it saved the house.my last dog ate the settee.

My current dog is very hard mouthed, but had a bed/collie/grey bitch that was hard on rats but would bring back rabbits without a mark and lick the ferrets

I've got bed/grey type dog that I take to work on outdoor pig farm and get a kill most days.

Too much, too young and you could have it opening up on run's.

I have a light force 170 and its wiring has been a real pain.

Bed/whippets very popular for ferreting, for good reason.

Try mixing the chicken mince with mixer you were using. A Gradual change in diet helps.

Only used the liquid type made for dogs, don't know that I would use cattle one myself. Can pick drontal up cheap enough on line and does a better job.
