I prefer flat bands but they dont last as long as tubes....no where near it. I wouldnt say flats are better though imo...I make my own 10mm lead with a proshot mold and I buy my 9.5mm steel from simplybearings.co.uk. Might be cheaper places but I've always had really good service whenever I've dealt with them and I'm a creature of habit lol. A lot of the lads on here get the majority of their catty supplies from eBay

Cheers mate, they're only 3 and 5 so they might suprise me yet but as it stands I don't see it happening...my 5 year old is getting better and his speech is coming on great but my 3 year old lad is worse...no social skills what so ever, very little eye contact and can only say 2-3 words. You say you're going through a re diagnosis? Can I ask why mate?

I agree mate but the thing that still pisses me off is the cheeky c**ts asking in the first place...to me it looks like they're abusing a system that should be reserved for people that need the help and they dont. If a bunch of muppets wanna send their hard earned money to a couple of rich wankers that don't need it then that's up to them...as you say fools and their money...but people like that should not be allowed to use crowd funding sites the way they are

Was prescribed codeine for a shoulder injury...boxes of 100 at a time. Ended up dependant on them...even when my shoulder was fine I was still taking them for that little euphoric buzz...the worst thing is I was getting 100 tablets every 8 - 10 days and the doctors just kept writing the prescription with no questions asked...it finally took a senior doctor to catch on and get me a bit of help to come off them...opioids will f**k you up and docs are prescribing them far too easily these days

A lot of those on Amazon and eBay are Chinese zinc alloy crap...I've read some horror stories about forks snapping under the force of the bands and hitting the shooter in the face. Personally I wouldnt buy one but obviously its up to you mate

Its all about what works best for you...i prefer shooting flat bands with 10mm lead but I know there's lads on here that prefer shooting tubes with heavier ammo like 12mm lead. Took me ages to find a setup I was comfortable with. Trial and error Edit. If I were you I'd buy a few types of elastic, few types of ammo and one of the catties listed above and just figure out what works for you
