Hi all just a question what is the law on picking shot birds on someone else land people say if the bird has been shot or a runner you can go looking for it but then others say it is trespassing and you need permission from the land owner but then again do we owe it to the bird to put it out of its misery because the last thing you want is to get your dog shot.
