    Hi All I have two packages to offer, this is an all inclusive buffalo hunt, this is a 7 day hunt with 1 arrival and one departure day with 5 full days of hunting. It include 1 buffalo bull (any size) accommodation Airport transfers Field prep of trophy Exclude Accommodation after and prior to safari Airfare Taxidermy cost Tips and Gratuities Area 20 000 acres fenced next to the Kruger national park.     Ideation I have to say, yes the animals was shot from a blind, almost the same as deers that gets shot from high seats in the UK? Our area we hunt is a game farm that is fenced but the animals are defenitly not reared, it is all a self sustaining ecosystem and the hunting gets monitored and planned to keep the ecosystem alive and leave us hunting for many years to come!! Hope you understand?

    No worries about the questions. I enjoy sharing!!! The hunter booked a cull hunt with us, this would be the female kudu and sub adult male animals he shot! This is purely part of our sustainable hunting management plan. Every year we set out a quota for all the animals we need to be hunted!! Not all the animals are of trophy quality so we do cull hunts that would normally include species more common to the area!! This paticular client added Black wildebeest, gemsbuck and girrafe as he wanted trophies of these animals!! Oh yes you can definately eat girrafe, tastes better than Zebra!! An

    Hi Joycey We use most of the meat, and any excess meat gets sold to the local butchery and is distributed into the local network. We cull mostly deer and zebras as there is a big market for the skins. The meat also gets utilized in the poorer communities. As to Giraffe it was hunted as a trophy, but i have seen areas where giraffe needs culling as well. When the numbers start getting to big for an area they can be devastating to the area .     Chinese maybe There was a chinese guy squished in africa last year by an elephant he tried to walk up to Chinees yes!! From the states, at least he carries a gun this one!! LOL and just to keep him safe we are hunting an area with no dangerous game!!

    Our latest clients came from the UK they booked a management hunt and bagged a total of 21 animals, there was a couple of trophies as well Enjoy

    They ar blesbok, quite hard to tell the difference in any case so dont feel bad!!

    He was a Whopper measuring 30.5inches, i would say the waterbuck and the Steenbok was the trophies of the week! Steenbok came in at 5 2/8"

    Oh yes and two of the impala and a wildebeest was completely free to the client as the meat is going to the farm workers!!

    Unfortunately the Botswana governent just decided no meat is to leave the country as from this week!! We managed to get export permits for the trophies thou. There will be a big meeting next week Thursday to discuss this whole ordeal!! Hopefully they do not ban hunting completely in Botswana. Such a nice place to hunt Regards

    Good day to all members i will use this topic to post pictures of our hunting season as we progress. First up was a returning client from the US and we hunted our 30 000 acre concession in the Tuli block Botswana. This was a 5 day hunt and he bagged 11 animals. The weather was tough with temperatures reaching 40+ degrees C

    I think out of the 4 species mentioned the Warthog is the one a dog will have to know what he is doing!!! I have seen a couple of dogs trying their luck and got hung up in a tree with gashes where you can see the lungs moving while breathing!!! The antelopes are quite easy to get them held up with the dogs so you can make a kill shot!! I use 4 jack russels and a gsp to track wounded animals!! Once they found the blood it doesnt take too long for them to get the animal pinned down so you can come and finish the job!!!
