Thats the problem, I have been eating 2 meals and a cheese board in the evenings. I normally only eat one meal in the evening 6 - 7pm and a snack during the day. I just do not feel hungry in fact the thought of food is turning me off my cider.

If its putting you off the cider then that's quite serious. Perhaps you should consider giving up the food altogether, Ciders one of your 5 a day anyway! ;-)
