two shot clip very fiddly to set up, I do not know of any still being used, rowan engineering multishot conversion is hand indexed, each shot needs to be turned by hand

can you feel air blowing from the breech, if not it could be the tranfer port seals, but at a week old it needs to be returned to the shop for replacement
