First write up sorry if it's a bit long winded?? Definitely having a quiet weekend this week. Need the rest I think. That was on Thursday but the phone rang Sunday from my mate. "Fancy coming out on the farm later" "Ye great I'll get my stuff"......, I got the breaking strain of a kit Kat!!!!!!! So we head out at about 6pm onto one of my mates permissions. They do get good runs down the gower mate. Rhosilli and Llangenith. Give some of the charter skippers a ring as they look for them for bait I'm sure they'd point you I right direction. If not try a decent tackle shop like Garry Evans in Cardiff they're really good with all sorts of pointers.

Hey all, Just looking at "tidying" up my AAs410. I bought it second hand and although it's very nice and tidy the previous owner changed the trigger guard and bolt to a brass model. Now although it doesn't have any effect at all it's just not "me"? Looking to see if anyone has done the same and has the black or silver coloured versions lying about. If you do and are wanting/willing I get rid give me a shout. Cheers Darren

Ok he sees a list of what I have going. Rods 8'3" gold cup extreme 9# Superb rod for predator fishing I've had pike to 23lb on this without any issues. Also enough feeling for small jacks and perch. 9' Scierra HM+3 5# Great all round rod for still water and rivers. My go to rod. 9' Sonik SK Lite 4# I've only used this once on a small Stillwater but it's a definite river/stream rod. Light fast action but strong enough for me to catch the 3lb trout from the still water. Stunning handle and reel seat. Reels Wychwood 7/9 loaded with brand new unused rio outbound short 9# sink

I'm pretty new myself mate but you'll get some decent scopes for that. All I can say is what I've read and looked on myself as I've not got night sights yet. As far as know "night vision" and "infra red" both use ambient light and special filters to magnify the light along with an infra red illuminator like a torch to shine a beam on your target. They both basically are the same thing but multiple names. What are you shooting and what kind of ranges? Look at the manufacturer nite site they have things like 'viper' for short ranges (up to 100m) and others I think are called eagle a

I haven't got time to everything I love anymore so selling off (or swapping) some fishing outfits.
