    i guess its just personel points of view, but id expect my terriers to use rats as a starting point with hope that when their ready to move onto biggr quarry, which makes rats easier to take, in my opinion, ive never used plummers but weve had cracking rat numbers with russels , patts and lakies, which were all earth dogs

    like i said stormy. a good example of the breed is hard to better. there are bucket loads of poor examples of all breeds working.. ive seen a few black terriers that have put in poor shifts below ground, but i still think they are the dog that sets the pace for working below ground all terriers should be able to deal with rats. but plummers must be bred to do the job better. and deal with them in style. otherwise they have no reason to exist sorry mate ive got to disagree on this, a good earth dog of any type should be more than capable of dealing with rats no matter where they are,

    Calzaghe may be the best fighter the Uk has produced in the last 30 years and that is debatable , but he certainly wasnt the best world wide I could name 20 better. then why in your last post did you say hopkins is still a top level fighter who dominates still at 50? so why dont you rate joe calzaghe? after all he beat hopkins fair and square so he beat him when he was at the top of the game.
