  1. Dead easy in that case. Measure length of your shotty, the walls of the cabinet won't be that thick.
  2. Not a daft question. I once bought what I thought was a VFM rifle cabinet, wasn't sweep enough for the scopes! It's sounds tall enough, but has it got an internal lockable compartment? Some shotty cabinets do.
  3. Yes. I have ASE ultras on 243 and 7mm rem mag, both do a grand job and would buy again.
  4. Bit late, but there are dovetaIl to weaver rail mounts available. If your not sorted I can send a link.
  5. That's a good point. I have found it a right hassle to zero if there's anything more than a slight breeze.
  6. I use Jet-Z on the HMR. SAK are great value for money, but not quite as quiet as the Jet-Z. 22-250 I use a predator 8, which is very good. ?
  7. No surprises really guys, just confirming what I thought ie ok at short distances. Any further I will employ the 243 or 22-250! ??
  8. Hi there. Work in Tamworth myself so not far away. I'm a keen rifle shooter and home load a plenty! More than happy to advise if help needed. Cheers.
  9. Hi Adam. I'm from Nuneaton (Atherstone originally) and work in sunny Tamworth! Welcome on board. I'm new here too - that said I have been shooting now for many years. Sad as I am, got a real passion for hand loading! More than happy to advise if you ever need help. Cheers.
  10. I know this debate has raged on like what seems forever, but I have just fitted NV to my 17. How effective is it on fox (I have the AOLQ on my FAC). I have heard many do use it, but I'm still sceptical. Thought & experience folks???
  11. Evening folks. Quick intro - just joined the forum, main activities are stalking (predominantly red & roe in Scotland) also foxing and rabbits more locally when I can. I'm a keen rifle shooter (various cals from hmr to magnum CFs) and do plenty of reloading so happy to advise if need be. And cheers!
