  1. totally disagree as most people buy the bird and not one that suits the land or quarry they have available ,if the person looked at the time available, quarry and land they woulds find that a harris doesnt sut them as there is a huge decline in rabbits in the uk . look how often a beginer gets a faclon ,there is loads of crows around to hunt ,but the beginer doesnt get one because they have not learned of a FALCONER as if they had they would be able to fly a falcon for there first bird with no issue the cos the harris are so cheap and readdly available they thats why they get them ,do you th
  2. buy one get one free i been into this game for a very long time and never breed a clutch ,all people see is £££ signs and thats it ,i think birds should only be bred if there is a shortage of them and the bird is in decline

  5. having a bird just sat on the first does next to nothing ,having the bird on the fist working on a tiring works wonders.so many poeple will think just having the bird on the glove for hrs is getting them anywhere ,sadly its not whats the birds fat weight as in ur post ur say 1lb 10 and u say the bird was going at 1-6 was the the begining of the season or the end? is his keel sharp ? tbh if the bird was 1-10 fat i cant see it going at 1-6 as that is not a great deal of a bird of that size ,but would never tell anyone on the net without seeing a bird to take weight of but the numbers dont add

There cheap crap there made in pakistan by kids on the streets or in sweat shops.there not on rolling or tait blocks as you really think they be paying £1,000 for a set of each person ,not a cat in heal chance ,also there leather is soft kip or the likes and dont keep the shape it never stops to amaze me that the amount of people with spend a fair bit of month on there muse say £200 and maybe £300 on equipment ,then there is a bird so your looking at say 1k and then ask them buy a hood and its some cheap crap of ebay a good fitting hood is so important to making a bird to the hood and havin
  21. why would you want to cross a RED with a eagle as it dont make sence the reason people cross is to benifit the bird and cant see any plus sides in doing that
