get a falcon you will never look bad ,it all depends what you want a crow hawk or game falcon mate if you got the land for a game hawk then you will love the buzz as long as you can serve the bird when its at pitch you should have a lot of success .they tend to do one a lot if your not providing the slips or there is easier kills to be had .what you don't want is a game hawk taking crows as once they start doing it ur cream crackered with the game hawking ,a lot train them on kites to get them upto high and its bloody hard work winding the kits back in when there at 700ft plus lol, the big pl

to get a go idea of the weight ur better holding at that weight for 3 days so say you take ur bird down 1/2 oz and you don't get the response hold the bird at that for two more days and you may be shocked at getting the response ur after ,far to many just keep dropping every day. weight management is so critical and this is where a good mentor comes into his own ,just cos a guy down the road has a bird don't mean he know what he is talking about .find someone that has a number of years of flying raptors and when you view his set up everything looks how you imagine it should looks .

get the nick fox dvd set worth its weight in gold regarding a mentor you got to remember over the years there is so many people come and gone a lot of people wont waste there time or they have taken them to there hunting ground showing them the ropes only to find the person has been poaching there land behind there backs( had it done my self ). land is the hardest thing to aquire these days as 99% of good land is gone and you will find it hard to come by imo but I hope you do ,remember you can have 1000 acrea but without game on it its usless,so find ur hunting land and then look at what qua

how on earth do you think a tetherted bird is more free than a bird free lofted with a open roof to let weather in and being able to see out .this is more natural than a bird given 18'' of freedom

has she told you she like being out side ,seclution moult is done for a reason and hoe on earth do you know what the bird is thinking comments like that are a joke ,falconers do it a way and is a proven way for a reason no so they can go on holiday in summer or the like its done so the bird is totally stress free and will be in 100% condition with no stress marks when you pull them out the moult do you think when u go for a young bird that has been secluded for 16 weeks that it told the breeder It preferred to be left alone until pulled or what
