I mean a young dog that has been tried and found wanting. But as for new borns if I had a litter and there was any surpluss, meaning I'd keep what I wanted and what ever my mates wanted. The rest would be culled.

Most Plummers are not tested. Pups are bred and sold for money, nothing else is considered apart from coat pattern. Do you think the average Plummer breeder is going to Cull a pup that they know they can get £350 for? Not a chance. And there is one of the many problems facing the breed.

I think it was his stall I got my last set from and they didn't last 2 minutes. Maybe different quality leather used.

The Bellman and Flint ones are very good quality. But there pricey. I got a cheap pair last year at the Yorkshire game fair and they didn't last me the season. Leather was really poor quality. Iv got a set from Bellman now and can't fault them.

Lucky man. A few years ago you could have all sorts of Butchers waste for nothing. But there are so many people switching to raw most have figured out they can make a few quid from it.

I used to pay £3 per box but as said they were mainly bone. The ones I pay £1 per Kilo for now are whole carcasses with the breast and legs removed. I get my Tripe from the same place so I don't mind paying abit more for the carcasses now.

I pay £1 per KG now. I used to get them a lot cheaper but the place is gone now. Don't know if that's cheap or not.

+ 1 for the CZ's cracking little rifles. I sold my 22 when I found I wasn't using it enough because I was out shooting Deer more often. I regret it to this day. Very good guns.
