    That's the one thing I wish I had done years back taking more pics of the dogs I've owned , I've not got one pic of some of the best dogs I've owned and the amount of gear they put away. I'll still be taking the end of day pics to look back on mate cheers, atb.

    The local lad that your boss can't get no one to work with I've been told by another farmer lol is still at it running around the dales making up stories, two weeks back was the last time I heard he was at it again luckily for me he's not well liked around your way. Yes mate we'll have to sort a do out I'd like to see your pup run.

    I've said the same to the land owners mate but it's just easier to just knock the filming on the head and just enjoy my days out, cheers.

    Keep at it mate , look forward to seeing more of your vids I know how much effort it takes to make them . I'm hanging the old camcorder up from now , no more youtube clips from me , I've given too much a way over the years, what I'm up to and were I go just to share my days out, how will so many cope with not watching my vids just to know what land I'm running the dogs on lol and I've even got lads that I've never met going on some of my land and using my name or mate's names when caught poaching lol but I can't talk lol, Atb.

    Started in a garden and ended on a bit of new land today.A mix of ferreting, long net then purse nets and finished with a bit of bolting to the dogs.

    Tbh Fred these days them little trips I have local with 1 or 2 ferrets, one dog and no nets I enjoy the most and we all know one local rabbit is worth ten Dales rabbits ?. I'm ferreting a garden of a nursing home with a couple of mates in the morning , it's nice to have a change and mix it up for the dogs, ?

    Forgot to say she was a gift of a lad that even wanted to show me her run before he gave me her , we went local for a hour and she did n't catch a rabbit but I liked the way she ran , I'll be happy if the fawn bitch I've been gifted turns out the same ?

    She was a good un mate. Rabbit mad, no fox dog , liked a roe and would shock a lot because of her look and breed on a day time hare, 2 out of 3 was her best not bad for her breed.

    Fair play mate I get now what you are saying but it's a big place you can go on the hill tops and it can get boring watching the dogs run in the day never mind on the lamp but when you come down to the low ground on the short grass land your not going to catch numbers with just any running dog then when you come to the steep hill sides it's hard to find a good dog that will give you 100% , these days a dog that will I rate higher than a dog catching five foxes on the lamp and a coursing dog catching three out of three hares , cheers ATB.

    I'm on no defensive mate I catch as many rabbits 70 miles away from the dales as I do in the dales like I have once again today. for some reason you seem to have a problem with lads that work their dogs on the Dales even tho you've never been there.

    All about the catch for me mate it's never been a big thing the retrieve , as long as they bring them so far I don't mind walking a few steps to pick them up , cheers.
