I would fully agre with you there, I have mine for a few months now and managed to get it to syical 21g cartages, I don't really use them appart from clays but can shoot them all day throug my Remington

I have never heard of a caddy pick up, are they a very rare breed of yoks?

I don't really think they would but then again depending on the size of the magpie (young/old) would determine if they can get out or not.
