    Never thought Bellingham done anything special all tournament other than the bicycle kick and flop himself on the floor for feck all. Same as Saka and walker was terrible this time around, palmer didn’t get enough playing time, Southgate obviously thought palmer had more of an impact coming on as a sub. Which a lot disagreed with. Saved by palmer again and still spunked it. The better team one, England winged it the whole way played shite every game.

    Lovely they are mate,blend the oats almonds and flax to a powder add 500ml milk then banana and frozen blueberries, very nice and filling. 800 cals low fat high protein. il put a pic up of lunch later.

    So many options out there and side courses to do, hiab adr grab ect seem to open some doors. Wouldn’t have it in me to sleep away from family for weeks on end. Only chance that will happen is if I end up back on the films and go on location. Also great money.
