    Yeah nice I had the cherry one but found it very sweet prefer the yogurt taste, I’ve seen the natural kefir yoghurt as well haven’t tried it yet, in tescos have you seen the polish water kefir ? It’s like liquid and very cheap haven’t been brave enough to try it though lol

    Managed to get myself out of the horrible routine of having to like the taste and texture of everything that goes in lol. Took some time but can’t scrimp on your health everything’s against you these days. We’ve been lied to what’s good for us for years.

    No mate I have it on empty stomach then after gym I will have Greek yogurt Manuka honey and a banana, same thing everyday. washed down with alkaline water ph9

    What he’s saying is the skim milk has all the good fat took out which leave sugar water, he’s correct. As both milks have the same nutritional value, but to take the fat out of one leaves in theory “sugar water” so if your going to drink milk which Ed don’t recommend but you want to then drink full fat so you benefit from the good fats

    It’s simple isn’t it eat one ingredient foods drop out carbs if you can. Eat whole foods drink kefir eat berries Greek yogurt. Lean meats fish veg. Train at the gym.
