  3. This is my Old Girl (col x whip)...in my eyes the best bitch ever 1st pic she's round 3 years old, 2nd 13 years old, 3rd is most recent (almost 15 years old) showing the sapling the art of patience out squirrelling

  7. I'm looking for a lurcher club in Lancs to take my sapling for racing and other trials. I've searched the net and keep hitting dead ends, can anybody help me?
  8. Hi. I'm looking for a racing club for my sapling in lancashire or greater manchester. I put him in a fun run and fun hurdles at a game fair and he loved it as much as chasing bunnies, so I'd like to carry it on but can't find a club!! Can anybody point me in the right direction?
  9. How'do.. I've got an 11 month pup that I want to try out ferreting to give him a taster and see if he's up for it yet, but I dont have ferrets of my own! Is there anybody anywhere near Bolton who I could go on an outing with so I can try the pup? He's broken to ferrets and live stock.
  10. Ha ha, good debate guys, cheers. A good insight a couple more questions if I may?...if I decide to have both, would it be a good idea to have a neutered hob living in with jills or keep them seperate? I dont want to be over run with the little tykes! Or will 2 'fully equipt' hobs live well together?
  11. Hi folks. I'm considering getting my own ferrets but I dont know whats best....Hobs or Jills? Seen both working well but could do with some advice! Thanks
  12. Can anybody enlighten me on how I put images up please?
  13. Are yo wanting them for heating your kennel? I use a 2ft Tube heater and it's brilliant.
  14. My kennel has a solid felted roof over both bedding box and run...that way they are sheltered from the elements without having to lay in bed, keeps them dry and shaded from sun in summer. It has a 4 x 4 ft grated window so they can see out and I can see in and is always open during the day so they can have the run of the yard too. Dogs need fresh air, free access to out doors and space to play. You need to remember they are not just a tool to be kept in a shed until you need them, they are a living being and a dam good companion too.
  15. So would you rrecommendtaking him out just to watch an experienced dog ferreting?

  19. Thanks for that pal. Im not trying to enter him yet because of his age, the area where I live and ecercise him just happens to have rabbits knocking about. Thanks again, hopefully this time next year I'll be posting images of him with his prizes.
