Was reading an article from years ago about hunting both fox and badger with terriers. It mentioned alot about bolting and digging but never once mentioned what types or breeds were best for each particular quarry. I am a lurcherman myself not having had much experience with terriers. Just wondered what breeds were best used back then before badger digging ban etc?

He a beddy/whippet/greyhound with a dash of bull in him. Stands 23" tts. Real grafter at everything. Never lets me down.

Think its between gain 28 and australian formula. I've a beddy/whippet x bull/grey dog thats working hard on lamp and out ferreting plus a bullx bitch pup so ideally a food that would do both.

What are you folks's experience with these feeds? Which would you prefer to feed and what ones within there range of feeds? For working lurchers lamping hard 3 nights a week plus couple days ferreting.

Far too high i would say. End up leading to kidney and other organ malfunction. I feed a 20% dry in morning and raw meat at night. Dogs are grand and work great. -
