I've not had alot of experience with these little dogs but have heard a few good stories about them.
Was wondering how they performed in the field before the ban etc, e.g. what were they like on the different quarry run and what were there advantages maybe over bigger sighthounds?
Pics would also be great folks. thanks again, Russ.
Hi folks, was just wanting opinions on the suzuki jimny jeep. i am looking for a smallish 4 x 4 to be used for the lurchers, ferrets and general fishing here or there.
Whats the jimny like off-road etc and is it worth thinking about??
Thanks, Russ.
Lurcher here that seems to always be hunting for a drink [bANNED TEXT] let out, always heads for nearest ditch etc. only a young dog. what could be the cause of this?
Just a question that a mate of mine was asking the other day. He mainly beats and picks up on pheasant shoots, also does a bit of rough shooting and bit of duck flighting.
He has always liked the look of the german pointers but was wondering if they could be "trained" to work and hunt in the beating line like a spaniel and a lab, and also for duck flighting etc??
He kinows the are an HPR breed but wondered if they could be used for the above. Also would the smooth or wire haired be best etc??
Cheers folks.
its nothing to do with violence etc, just stupid things that i had reasons for doing. i will phone up and ask to apply again and will keep yous up to date
