    There about 45 quid man. Erm, I dont know if you can get them sent out nowadays due to laws and such. My local firearms shop sells them. Heavy duty like, but all you hear is the hammer strike. They are just a bit to heavy for my set ups.

    I'm gonna jump first and say the SAK moderator is shit hot mate. Really good. Designed initially for the 22lr round with 1/2 UNF thread and is sterling on my SE. Like proper sterling. Got one on my 97 too... Works well enough, gives the rifle a super sweet 'dup' report.

    Or get a 100 and stick a sidewinder on it. Then go an buy a bottle. And pellets, about 6 tins. Targets too. And then grab a pint with the small amount of change you'll have left, but safe in the knowledge you have a set up worth 800 beans.

    Lol. Your pretty new to air rifles but have 800 quid to spend on glass? I briefly skim read your post mate but what an earth are you putting it on? If your new to air rifle shooting, nearly a grands worth of optics will be wasted, no offence.

    Mentioned in a previous post... Exacts and fields are the same pellet, made in the same factory. There also very soft and you'll find that 20 (which isn't that many, are deformed) you can even squish um in your fingers. Give H&N trophies a go. These are just as accurate and are generally tougher.

    Whats the name of or where can I get the swivel links that fit around the barrel of a 98 and underlever of a 97? I cant seem to find oat other than the stock screw versions. Of course, Im only on about the barrel end, the stock screw one is fine for the stock. Nice one. As an edit, Ive found the Uncle Mikes ones. They all good for the 97, what would I go for re the 98 with its shroud?

    Its be fine to cock man, same as your XL's. Shoulder them all. It'll be the decision maker to be honest. Once you start with that 98, you'll consider the HW's more. You'll need sling if your carting it round fields all day though.
