    Who gives a feck if it opens up. Not everyone on here is working some scrub land on the other side of a council estate. Some vast swathes of moor land within reach of most folks here in the u.k. Fast hunting, working types, raking over a vast moor... not stood at your heel, looking up waiting for a command!! A drop of fell blood, surey they'll work on boys... i really should not here when im pished!!!!

    Cheers for getting back folks. Interesting that about only using the electronic calls for photography. Ive got the decoys setup, but its not exactly a big wide open area im using, so my way of thinking was to use a call to draw the maggies closer in hoping to increase the chance of them catching sight of the deeks and then dropping in. I did dabble with a bit of photography not too long ago, so i think I'll look into the leccy calls! LOL!!

    yeh I see what you mean , fell hounds what I seen on the box looked a lot different, as you say rangy/leaner , put one of them fell hounds x 2nd gen bull x grey what dog you have there grit/stamina, good feet , and not bad pace I reckon .If i could 'pick one off the shelf'..... i would tip my wallet upside down for one of that breeding Ray.

    Mounted packs breed em that way Bird. Built like a shithouse, slow em down so the osses can keep up with them. Fell hounds alot more rangy.. leaner.. faster... LOL!!

    Howdy's fellas. I'll keep it short. Slowly getting the upperhand here on these evil feckers. Can anyone recommend a call to bring em in that doesnt sound like Donald duck about to blow his load! Seen a couple on Amazon... any suggestions chaps??? cheers...

    Been a couple of times, really nice place, same as Northumberland in general, beautiful county, great scenery and some cracking beaches. Few Roe on on the island also i believe.

    Had mine done April just gone. Just a local. No probs whatsoever. Worst bit was dropping my kecks in front of the 2 female nurses... think i was having a 'small' day too! Couple of days after had a manual test run. Week late was back wrestling my misses. Sure you'll be fine mate... just try and get a 'semi on' before you go in!! LOL..

    I can recomend the 'quiet site' in the Lakes.Got a great dog friendly pub on site, full of hunting stuff. Apparently nothing has changed in there for 30 odd years! We were the first in and last out every night, lol.. Bloke behind the bar is a font of knowlage for the area. Decent base, easily see all of the Lake districk from there. Well worth a visit if you've not been before, ?

    I bit the bullet and brought a tourer last summer mate. Loving it so far. Been away 4 times this year up to yet. For the big un in the summer we've got a week booked at Pentewan sands cornwall, then a second week at Slapton in Devon. Save the Snowdonia trip untill the autumn...and have a day out with hounds... stunning place!

    Going to to call at Ben Nevis on the way up and take the kids up on the cable cars. We did this some years back when my sister got wed at Inverlochy castle. My misses bottled it and wouldnt get in, didnt trust the cable cars, scared of heights and all that. Then, only a matter of months later, as im sure most of you know, one of the cars actually fell off!! She is slowly coming round to giving it a bash though!

    Howdys folks...? Managed to squeeze a week on there in near future... I'm looking for some pointers on where to go for days out. we are staying mid north ish west ish... haha. Can anyone recomed a specific boat trip to take on the Isle??? Or generally where to go sight seeing?.. Anything really... Spots for sea eagles... Mighty Golden Eagles.. Otters??? I'll appreciate anything... even lay by's with a view point! pubs???? lol??? Cheers inadvance all!!
