Nice spot there. You could have done an overnighter in the Priest's hole cave on Dove crag not far from your campsite and saved a few bob. I've always fancied a night in there but I wouldn't be too happy if anyone else turned up with the same idea. There's a video on YouTube of a fella staying there for the night and another chap shows up and he's brought his acoustic guitar with him and is strumming away all night...ffs!!? I eat decently to be honest but still take a multi vit/ mineral just as in insurance policy... any surplus my body doesn't need.. will just get pissed out, so no big deal. Vitamin D is big obvious one to pay attention to especially in the winter months when we might not be getting the exposure to the sun that our bodies need to produce it. Had a fella at work Christmas before last and he was no how, absolutely rock bottom and running on one cylinder for a couple of weeks, so out of character for him, before his mrs

Well done to you both and cracking pic's there! I did it in June with my 15 yr old daughter. Rhyd ddu path though. Up at 4:30 am. Walking for 5:30 and on the summit for 8:30. It was a right slog for her but she got there slowly but surely. Wouldn't even let me carry her rucksack ha.. Like your summit tipple mate.. wish I'd have thought of that!!

I remember some of the blokes at work couldn't understand me having the day off to go and watch it!! fuk... i was only 23 back then. Still got the 2 booklets they knocked for the event buried away somewhere. I'll dig them out and try to get a few pics up. Nice video that.. i miss them days...? -
