    Do happen to know what path they're taking mate? I think there is about 9 altogether. I've done the Watkin path and before that went up the Rhyd ddu with my eldest daughter.. that's over on the West side and we were staying on a camp site over that way.     Not one to compare dogs to humans. But that's how the stayers look. Like Mo Farrah.. looks badly as fck.. but will run all day on a cup of rice.. Then check a big sprinter out.. Big as fuk and will blow his load after 90 seconds.. gassed out!!.. Bit like me!!

    Up and packed away nice and early. Absolutely no signs we'd even been there.. Was a cracking morning. 6.6 miles walk back to the van at a steadier pace this time.

    Few refreshments to see the night through.. Didn't carry any water to save weight. Filtered what we needed out of the river.. Had bit of if bother with the midges later on though. Got some repellent at home but never thought to take it!

    Got another camp in Friday night with Tackleberry. Got held up in traffic due to an accident in town which cost us a good hour and a half. Got parked up, packs on a set off at a right pace for 5 and a half mile to the area I had in mind. All nice and flat though this time. Found a cracking spot in a wood by the river as planned.. later than ideal but still OK for daylight.

    Yes you will mate. There's a squillion channels. All your normal stuff on regular tele. All the Sky and BT sports channels. Movies. Series's.. that doesn't sound right, I'm not sure what the pleural is for series!! Lol. Absolutely loads of stuff on there!! Zoo cams.. airport cams.. milf cams.. you name it.. it's on there! I don't really watch much tele but I have the app on my phone and it's really easy and reliable. Sometimes I'll just put a footy game on that I'm half interested in and just keep an eye in it. Click on that and away you go!!

    Love that coast around there mate.. Blackpool, Slapton and down to Beesands. Coincidentally I was going through some old emails yesterday and stumbled across this pic of my eldest daughter in the Start Bay Inn from a our first visit there. She'll be 18 in July!! Time waits for no man as they say!!?

    The nearest Reed beds a good mile away from here in opposite directions. Funnily enough one of those places is where I saw my first and only Bitten early on morning walking the dogs.. must be over 20 years ago! Funnily enough we did have walk around a decent sized lake with Reeds in places yesterday morning and I uses the app briefly going around there so I'm just wondering if that's where the recording came from and the app has had bit and just logged it wrong. Interesting though, I've got all the family on it!! Lol.. I tried playing a Golden Eagle call through the tablet yesterd

    Yes.. cracking app this is. I've just had it recording for 2 minutes whilst I put the bbq away apparently it's picked a Bitten up. I'm not convinced about that to be honest.. very very unlikely here unless one flew over calling or something. The Bitten also has a red dot at side of it on the list if anyone knows what this means??
