Anglo/Spanish chicken.... no herbs or spices ..just nice chicken stock and a few twists of black pepper...dates/sultanas/spring onions/white onion/mushrooms really easy on yer tum...very tasty...the couscous sucked up all the stock after cooking and removing the chicken

always considered couscous to be a bit of a nancy boy dish....but if you get the broth/gravy right it is supreme..im slowly thinking it is nicer that rice in certain situations.........imgoing to do spanish style chicken thighs in couscous next week..

if you are going to use a bloody funnel again...DO IT QUICK....last time it was like loading a blackpowder punt gun and the sod went of in yer face... spoon an' finger is a lot safer....dont forget to lick your finger to stop the sparks...

tandorri ...marinaded in loads of lime ...dem sugar and stuff couscous done in chicken stock.....added presoaked datesandsultanas...added fried onion and spring onion and madras powder...........looks bland but it tasted supreme
