a meatloaf done in a dutch oven (which keeps it very moist)....unlike other meatloaf recipes which are cooked in a tin like a bread loaf and can be a bit dry

post war scran....no foreighn herbs and spices...used lots of sweet chestnuts in loaf and sprouts with pepper and butter this was seriously lush...will have more tomorrow with chips and gravy...

Total cop-out dont feel like cooking sometimes ....found a vacumn packed cassole in red wine and carrots and ready done mash on the cheap shelf at the co-op ...boughtb a small pkt of sprouts 15 mins the lot.................and it wernt half bad

some of them are very clever....i wish i had the cleverness to create them............satire has been around for a very long time.......satire in Georgian times.....was truly excremental awful...much worse than it is now.....politicos pissing and shitting on each other............all very basic stuff....its hilarious when you look at it
