Hey again guys all your advise is brilliant but again I am not rushing her neither am I inpatient up my way now nettles are nasty so I don't walk through nothing like that stick to fields and paths of woods and someone said above about squirrels I went shooting few days back and took her with me for a walk I shot three squirrels one started running along the floor she spotted it caught it nailed it lol I don't expect nothing big of her or for her to work yet like people said she's 7 mounths she still loves playing [BANNED TEXT] I take her out with my saluki pup or staffy pup there's no parting

Right guys really appreciate all the advice and trust me when I say I am not rushing her what so ever I have no intention her recall is brill she's a good little listen her confidence has boosted so much is brilliant cudnt belive yesterday morning walking all the dogs my lurcher bitch hit a rabbit out infront of the terrior and she chased and enters the cover for it ? was brilliant I praised her right up she was smooching alot more on the scent so hoping from now will just keep improving still ain't gunna rush her or try make her go in cover just sit back let her do her own thing and poo a fe

Well took the terrior out loads now as far as bushing no progress what so ever yet she still afraid of the cover and wines when I walk through or over it trying to intise her to follow she always runs around Tryna find a different way a path whilst cryin/ winging gunna take her out for a few hours today gunna try hit a rabbit out of bushes my self with a stick hoping it will pop out infront of her to chase n maybey enter cover for it lol she has chased a rabbit so that a plus

My mate trapped a rat brought it up for my terrior to see first time she bayed like mad at the cage let it out and she smashed it so no trying to get some ratting permission we got one place but can't go there early in morning well happy with her

I've took her out on her own a good few times not always as my lurchers got to get out to and the wife strict lol don't like going out all time as 3 kids take dogs out everyday for long walk hate leaving others behind

It not that I want her going to ground it's that she went into ground With terrior and I have a book her from 1972 and it indicates that terriers can actually volt rabbits from the warren if big enough

Well went out early this morning with me my mate his tterrier lurcher and my terrier and lurcher hit a few about my terrier still no interest in entering cover but got to a big mound my mates terrier started marking going crazy digging and then ran back n went down into ground in another hole my terrior followed into the ground and then even went back in on her own I no its not much but made me proud she's never done anything like this always been nervous but she followed the other terrior well today not in cover but around holes she did well still dunno what she's looking for yet but Atleast

I've had success shooting pigeons with a airrifle decoyed in shot over a hide when they land mate just got to get it right u be ok then and make sure u got a good hide as they have to land and be confident it's good when u into it
