No, it hasn't. You may have paid for the book 3 weeks ago, but the site clearly states "Available to pre-order now, posting W/C 21st November first class." So, he's actually only 8 working days behind. Yes it's late, but not 3 weeks. Give the lad a chance, it's not even his fault it's delayed. -
