    I agree with much of what you say mate......but you cant argue with scientific evidence.............yes you can take in 200g protein in one meal but the majority of it is going to end up in the toilet !........thats not opinion thats basic human nutrition........nobody training naturally will benefit from 200g protein in 1 meal.....thats a fact. And ive had a little more than 5 minutes in the game 10

    If it works you then I won't knock it but I've seen them drive the dogs mad, that was in the house though, a lad I used to know, his dog turned into a proper crazy thing for weeks after he tormented it with one of those.

    A "gobshites" view ....... How did the 999 control room know the man with the shotgun was an informer? Do you really think they had a chat amongst themselves and decided at their level not to send a response, unlikely that a telephonist has that sort of responsibility.

    I'm happy with Plus Net Was told by a BT engineer that in the even of any problems that PlusNet receive priority over BT customers, not sure why but that's what he said. Have been with them for around 18 months and not had a single day with out my connection.
