  1. Forgot to add this link, a really good starting point, when you understand it, then you can learn to control it. http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/articles/glovesoff
  2. Without going into huge detail publicly mate, you can learn to get a grip of anxiety MOST of the time through CBT therapy, there will be a big waiting list, but you might be lucky. Ask for a referral BEFORE he prescribes anything, he should do this anyway these days. Drugs aren't always the answer, well not prescribed ones anyway haha, you'd be amazed how simple it can be to change your thought processes to massively reduce anxiety, it takes a lot of practice, but it can definitely be done. Good on you for sharing, I can't help with the SGC as I've never had one, but I know wayyyyy to
  3. Meindl Dovre Extreme GTX boots, UK 10 Box says 10 ½, but they fit me spot on and I am always a 10 Bought in winter for work (Doorman) but I decided they were too good and put them away, then forgot about them and bought Han Wags recently (it’s not easy being this mental!) I paid £240 (receipt will be in box) and I’d like £180 OVNO to include postage (probably Parcel Force 48), definitely a secure type service though. These are immaculate, I wore them in clean conditions for around 3 hours. Payment will need to be by either online bank transfer, or I can also use Barclays PingIt a
  4. Am glad they arrived safely, just wanted to say thanks for the order. Think it's only fair to clarify to everyone that I didn't donate the prizes but did do a deal, it wouldn't be right if people thought I'd given them free. I wish I could, and I do try and support as well as I can my local clubs. Hope you have a great day and raise plenty!
  5. I will be mate yes, have got quite a bit of gear made up so am having a small stall
  6. I'll be there One of the best sites for a show I've been to, shame about the clash last year, hopefully it will get the support it deserves this year. I rather like that it is 5 minutes drive from my house too
  7. Soldier must have been after a Knighthood. "Arise Sir nonce"
  8. Done. But now one leg of my Edwin vintage denim jeans (£150) is 3" too short ....
  9. It's not just Sailors he likes ... why do you think he hangs around with all those nasty rough terrier lads ...
  10. In simple terms, what will this pick up mate? Both sides of a convo?
  11. Yes, I think a wet day is the cards too, was being a fanny about it earlier, but had more coffee now and will definitely be there and just make the best of it, I don't get out much these days!
  12. 4 Ply collar and 3 ply lead with stainless fittings. Like this would be £30 inc postage. Not got many of the fittings left now, but will be getting more definitely the way they flew out.
  13. Some good advice there for you mate, was expecting to read much worse Best you can do imo would be to try and have as little to do with him as possible, sounds like he brings you down, as I'm getting older I'm trying to only keep the company of positive people, this sometimes means feeling harsh but the only person who will protect you is yourself, so do what you've got to do. Good luck.
  14. Thank you. I try and give a service I'd be happy with myself, seems only fair!
  15. Same fittings, same number of layers, different style collar, this one made with buckle at end not D. Same price £25 inc 1st class recorded postage (that is a £5 discount for THL only, so please mention THL if you email)
  16. Been after trying some of these for ages, made with high quality stainless steel fittings. Solid Brass is about the best for long term use normally, rust proof and gives a good life, but will wear eventually if not cleaned, the mud acts as grinding paste .... Nickel Plated Steel is strong as feck, but will corrode once the grit wears the plating off, it will still last for many years, just not look pretty. Stainless Steel, is stronger am told than either of those, completely rust and corrosion resistant, when made with high quality polypropylene webbing using bonded nylon thread that
  17. Steady on WC, that's a bit harsh! It was the fellas first show, I'd say that I've been to a few shows now so have seen what's around, that venue is top class, the prizes as good or better than most, the Ch. rossettes were some of the best I've seen. There weren't crowds there, but those people that were there, were decent. I think that show has the makings of an excellent show next year, and if it doesn't then at least the lad tried.
  18. Saw the gentlemen behind Otley Terrier show yesterday, definitely August Bank Holiday Sunday.
  19. I'll cut some out of some old books for you and post them Good day, met loads I haven't seen for ages, fcking weather was bad at times! Didn't spoil the day though. Another good, well organised NWLTC show
