My new toy, 3.9 V8 It's very unlikely that you'll see any dirty shots of it! Had it a few weeks, well pleased with it, even though it only does 15 to the gallon!!!

Mr Stabs!!! Ireland has a 3 colour flag!!! Northern Ireland, Ulster, has the cross of Saint Patrick as it's flag There's also a very pretty version with a Red hand and Crown in the middle But yes, all the best on Saint David's day to all!

Blimey! Guess what I did yesterday?? Changed the headlamp bulbs on my Discovery to 130/90 W ones, had to use relays, have too burned out wiring in the past. Here's a nice simple wiring diagram I found, (it needed to be simple for me!! ) I used 1 relay for main and another for dipped. Bright as fook now!

Funny you should mention that ............ I've had a few requests from different people to get involved and give a statement to the press on behalf of Deed Not Breed, along the lines of being worried about walking my dog in case he is deemed to be Pitbull type ............. But, it seems that the people running the DNB and similar locally are ex hunt sabs and their mates, bloke down here is called Rick, have so far declined their invitation, I'll take my chances with the dogs, there is no way I'm having anything to do with the scum, whatever their intention. Thanks for the help chaps, think I bought one today, just waiting for him to put a full MOT on it on monday for me and that will be that! Had to go for the V8 after driving one, so what if it does 15 to the gallon ............. Life's too short I decided. Well pleased if all goes according to plan.

So best not to get a 4.6 Petrol then!? To be dead honest, as I've said to someone else here today, it's very unlikely to go off road in my hands, more like it'll be kept very clean and shiny and driven about 200 miles maximum a week, I don't use a car much, and my good lady and I have got a Golf Tdi too, so not to bothered about bad economy, am liking the Range Rover now I've seen a few up close Thanks for the advice though, much appreciated.

Uh Oh ........... As always happens when you're looking at cars, have started looking at Range Rovers now Can see this ending up me selling my arse on Lime Street to pay for a shiny new Range Rover, might take me a while to save up! Thanks for the replies so far, appreciate the help.

Thank you! For the replies so far, it's only when you ask that you realise how much you don't know............. So, am still thinking, but have almost 100% decided to leave that first one alone and at least find a decent local Land Rover garage to buy one from, and to take a bit more time to do it, I'm a bit impatient at times Thanks again!

Don't know where to start! Am thinking of buying a Discovery, up to around £3000 ish, maybe a little more. Now, I think I know I want a Diesel But I've seen there is a 200Tdi and a 300Tdi, am guessing that's NOT horsepower!!! Have been to see this one here today: http://www.prentonmotorcompany.co.uk Scroll down, it's a dark blue one. Couple of things put me off it, bit of rust around the back light and hinges on the back door, and a bit of oily diesel on the top of the engine, seemed to drive ok, but what do I know?! Hi mate, it's called "parallax" adjustment. Awesome gun, mate has one, dead accurate and really light to carry, easy to reload and refill. Top bit of kit.

Excuse the ignorance, but why should we believe you? Am not blindly jumping to the lad's defence here, but, he does know what's what with regard to DNA testing and the ability to prove (or inability in this case) that a dog was a banned breed. We are very lucky in the people we have met, a very helpful genuine man. To the PhD person........ Does it sound correct to say that it is impossible to state 100% that a dog was a Pitbull once it is dead (ie at Post Mortem) ?? I ask because DNA testing alone does not prove a dog is a Pitbull, there are numerous other factors they
