altberg or meindl boots which do you prefere ?????

Meindl are mass produced in Eastern Europe by unskilled workers, and only assembled in Germany now, and I think it shows in the quality of the boot, from the flimsy cheap box, that used to be thick heavy heavy card, to the packing inside, then to the actual boot, it is all "at a price", there's no pride in them. Altberg, I believe if you really wanted to, you can speak to the actual bloke who makes your actual boots, and it's all about being British made, and there is pride in them. I won't buy Meindl again, cheap foreign shite is all they are now .............. If you're looking a -

It won't be long before he slips up, he'll put a photo on and there will be a big BLACK STALLION strap on in the background with a tub of lube ....... 100% agree, definitely NOT just any 1 group or religion. Just been reading about Lord Mountbatten for example and Kincora ....... What is wrong with these people???? They've got power, fame and wealth and what do they choose to do .......... fiddle with children, I don't get it.

Mate, my head is battered after reading loads of stuff like over the last few weeks, some of it is fact and some is "sort of" fact, but it does seem they were there and way too close to the wrong sort.

do you put any kind of makers mark on yours ? No mate, but I'd know one anywhere. I'm the only person who even touches one of my collars until it is posted, and I am the only place to buy one from. There are some seriously shocking poor quality "similar" collars out there. thought that'd be the reply, even if you did mark them, nothing to stop them copying the mark ultimately. you'll allways get folk that want somthing a couple of quid cheaper, but it's a false economy in the long run with most counterfit as the reduced cost is ultimately at the expense of quality.

That type are quite "chunky", they aren't very heavy though, certainly not as heavy as they might look. I do make a much less chunky collar for lurchers etc. There must be something to them as they getting snided left right and centre ........

If you get people to put payment threw on paypal as gift then they wont take a cut... very nice calendar mate Yes, but after a couple mate he'll be getting loads of grief off paypal, they don't like anyone avoiding charges. I'll have a calender please, however you decide to take payment. -
Webster ......... Make 100% sure that cheque has cleared before you post anything, sounds a lot like someone is trying to hurry you into sending them before the cheque clears. And remember that cheques can appear as cleared before they actually are. I'd say it sounds like you getting scammed, not the other way around!
