    Not as far as I've heard, no. But then it was their mate the dog warden that was on the raids, so who knows, I doubt we ever will. Think it was 4 or 5 dogs that have died from Parvo whilst in kennels. Mate had 3 pups taken, 16 weeks old at the time, one of those is dead, Police reckon it was "kennel fight"

    Without going in to too much detail mate, it depends on the outcome at court, then after that the 3 dogs he's been charged with as being of "type" will hopefully be returned. Why the others haven't been returned already is the confusing bit. The other dogs have all been moved from the place that neglected them now to somewhere that is looking after them, he's not allowed to know where or see them, I never thought I'd say this but it is the RSPCA Inspector that has sorted the move out and who is keeping the lad in the loop now.     SJM, you've just said what I was thinking, and my mate I guess too, can just hear the voice saying "no point looking after them, they'll be getting killed soon"......................     The dog wasn't considered by the Vet to be well enough to do anything with until now. Duckwing, Good advice about photos/video, that was done at the time, he got a photo of each dog as it was walked out of his house. The type of floor and chemical bit sounds right too.     Thank you very much for the above, it does seem reasonable to think it could be that. It's a mates dog, as for sueing them, it is in hand, the other dogs have been moved from the place they were keeping them, and the RSPCA (of all people) are pursuing a neglect case against whoever was supposed to be looking after them, the lad is obviously very concerned as they still have several of his other dogs.     Has anyone seen anything like this before? Mate is fearing the worst. This is on the back leg of a dog that was perfectly healthy before being seized with others by Merseyside Police in January, dog is back home now, in a terrible state, looks like he's had a stroke too, drooling and holding his mouth funny, massive loss of muscle on the top of his head, this was a dog I would have been proud to own, I just feel really sad for him now in this state.     Through a combination of being let down big time by a lad with a market stall who ordered a load to sell, and just a few that have been made and never paid for (bless 'em) have spent today sorting a load of collars out that I could do with moving, for no other reason than they're in my way and I need to get some money back on them to buy more stuff to make more with.
