ha ha belting idea! ill dig her ounce at .7............. and viola your in the money. what if i use her in hunt service......a hunt service plummer....the pups must be £1000 all day long. but we all know they will not work to ground gaz!
-

just a big thank you to breeze off here who gifted me a nice leather terrier couple! he has never met me or doesnt know me but he had no need for them and asked if i could make use! what a kind gesture and just shows there are are some decent lads knocking about on these forums! atb

right lads i have a couple of the cordless style lamps and find them bloody grand for bashing bunnies on the small fields here in wales. im looking at biting the bullet and investing in a lithium setup. But i am bloody clueless as to whats what! just wandering if any lads on here who use a lithium setup could let me know what they are using in regards to AH? and also what lamp they use them with? i understand that every one is different and has differing needs just wandering what a few different lads use? atb

ground is like bell iron here! had a few mooches in the day just to keep the mutts ticking over but i think id brake my useless pot lickers if i started running them heavy now!
-
Well then sort him out with some bushing you miserable cnut He doesn't want bushing. Lol. He wants to see the purpose bred bushers on his ground. I assume he means the beagle/Russel/spaniel types. I ain't got one so can't help him out. that is what im after mate! obviously i will be seeing that plummer of yours go this season....... but didnt want to make it common knowledge that i was going to let a plummer onto my ground, as looking at some of the comments on here thats a hangable offence! atb

well done lads! cracking haul there lads......id be made up if i saw that amount of bunnies in a month! good on you for travelling and doing it!! atb

hiya lads, i love reading about some of these custom bushers you boys are using and im toying with the idea massively. I really like the idea of going out with a nice little busher and the lurchers and just having a few hunts. I have a small pack of beagles but i dont think this is the same as there hunting one quarry and its more like letting them go and follow them! What im wandering is if there is any one who fancies a day or two with there bushers here in wales? i can provide all the land to hunt on and im more than happy to put any lads up for a night or two not an issue! You may

If I was to get a bull cross it would be 3/4 grey 1/4 bull, but it's not a cross you see advertised a lot. no thats it not many "genuine" ones about! atb

Why Aren't Gundog Lurchers Popular?
gwalchmai4110 replied to Allan P's topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs
seen a couple and they weren't that good. Not as quick as the collie lurchers on the day, and not as brave... Good hunters though in woodland and fellsideI'd have to see the parents working first like ! This foxhound X bull grey is suiting my needs at the moment great hunter and plenty of guts ! Never be a lamping dog which doesn't bother me oh ye owes............real handy!!! -
like i said joey is a diamond and i have no problem at all helping genuine folk out where ever i can! the bloody dog is living better than me! joey minces him raw every day and his training is coming on just grand, i just hope he doesn't become to handy a dog as alot of his running will be on my permission and if he starts showing up my mediocre tykes then there will be trouble!! a couple of pics of "jet" settling in

A few of you on here may have seen Joey (joeb886) looking about for a lurched pup! Joey is a cracking lad so I decided to buy in in a lurcher pup and gift it to joe, to see what he could make of one and to help him into the world of running dogs.... I chose a pup that I hope will meet his needs for an all rounder The sire is a bull x whippet (genuine Powell pocket rocket) and is six year old doing what he's bred for The dam is a collie bull greyhound with a touch of suluki and is 12 year old . The pup seems to have a real Saluki stamp about him looks wise but he is a real layed
