I took it back in the box to the dealer and paid extra to get the auto I have now. Mind you It cost me loads as I had to take a big blow to trade it back in to him. But I was pleased to get rid of it.........one of the worst autos I have ever came across. Steve

  4. Be quiet ! Look at what you started and then talk to me in the correct manner. Once again NO perhaps I would not care show you anywhere that you made any comment about how many rabbits you can shoot in a night!! Whats wrong do you not like the same kind of sh1t that you give out. So in the meantime you can lick the sweat from the crack of my hairy arse Now begin again on the right terms and I might respond with respect and you just might get respect in return. Read the first post again and ask me without jumping to conclusions and making figures up in your head. So for now in my b

I was trying to say its no good been able to buy 400 rounds and needing 800 is it ? He started with his Abacus Calculator and began a forum row.....at what point did I say I kill and catch 700 rabbits each and every week ? But as far a my mates they do get thousands away and yes need refrigerated vehicles to transport them from the job. Anyways. Should we read the original post again and begin from there ? Steve

  11. As you lot will know Northumbria Police have changed the firearms licensing inspection / interview officers from police officers to designated "firearms officers". Apparently they have much more experience in the knowledge of firearms and guns in general. They check your home "as good" ( if not better ) than the old boys. The interview is very realistic and pleasurable made easy and really there is no pressure on the applicant at all. I would sum them up as been quite knowledgeable and I am very happy with the whole procedure. I am pleased the system is been handled in a profes

  14. Well I hope that it improves all aspects of there driving WILF. My aim is to whittle out the un-professional and un-safe drivers, we should then be left with drivers that can respond to road hazards and give the public a better standard of service. At the moment the level of service and driving standards is way to low. Hopefully this petition will be our chance to have the unsafe methods recognized by the government. Regards
  15. I would like to thank the members for there support. I hope I can assist you sometime . Please continue to assist by signing the petition http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/TaxiDrivingTest/ Help make our roads safer and ensure the Taxi trade standards are raised to a level that we all know we are been driven by highly trained drivers. Thanks Steve
  16. Hello axeoil. without prejudice could I ask you why ? My aim is to increase professionalism into the trade and make sure that drivers are trained to there maximum ability. By doing this it will give passengers a safer journey knowing the driver has been trained and is a good observant competent driver. I mean look at it like this...... If someone had to drive your loved ones, Kids / Mother / wife etc... I would hope you would want a driver trained to high standards and not just a Taxi driver. Not to mention it will also raise the overall standards in the Taxi trade and whittle
  17. Hello. Sorry to post this on here but I could do with as much help as I can. In the interest of public safety I have began a petition the Prime Minister to Introduce an "Advanced driving test" for all taxi and Private hire drivers. Its what I do for a living ! I strongly believe as an existing taxi driver that the driving standards throughout the trade is below average. The only requirement to enter the trade is a UK full license. In the sole Interest of public safety I propose an Advanced test is a compulsory requirement for all drivers. ( Private hire and Hackney carriage ). This would h

  20. Thanks to everybody for the replies. He looks Ok but he is however deaf about % of his hearing gone. He still thinks he is a pup at heart, my young Cocker keeps him on his toes with playing. I am very restricted to how much excersise I give him as he gets really knackered if I allow him to run mad for any long periods. He is indoors most of the time and thats why his nails are growing huge. I have to cut them regular. Thats some age for a dog mind ( The one in the Guiness book that is ). It gives me a little hope When they reach this age all the days shooting I have done with him k

  22. Cracking photos there mate. You have done well there.
  23. Well I just thought I would share my Mallard picture. I thought it was quiet OK. I am in the market for a better camera as the one I have ( Kodak easyshare 5mp ) has only 3X optical zoom. Maybe I need a little more than that. I am sick of reading reviews on camera models....not 1 says 100% mint. I do however need a compact point and shoot not a SLR. So for now I have to plod on with the Kodak. Steve
