  5. A point blank shot is fine as the projectile is already at its optimum speed. Shot placement is more important depending on the tool used. thought so thanks for clearing up mate just reading through the thread and was curious just in general thats all
  6. interesting thread lads was just out of curiosity would a point black shot be less powerful as would not have long to pick up energy as it would obviously reach impact instant? im guessing not as a chrono would calculate the power and they are registered from pretty much same distance?

  9. yes would have to agree with the ultrafire very light and surprisingly bright my kids got it for me for crimbo and immediatly ordered another one to fit my other gun there are uk sellers but a bit more pricier...
  10. hello mate whats ya budget i do alot of laptop repairs and sure ive got a couple lying around with a cracked screen which you could get repaired quite cheap. if ya go for a tablet do a bit of research before committing as some of the cheaper ones are quite sluggish due to a small RAM

  17. i also use google maps to scan my area youd be surprised how many farms barns stables etc are tucked away right on your doorstep, law of averages will eventually reward your efforts just be positive and polite, i knocked one door the other day to receive a mouthful of abuse apparently the owner loves everything living and even feeds the rats lol
  18. hi all i moved to sussex just over 5 years ago and having trouble with my lil girl being really prem been a bit hectic any ways got back into shooting lately, i have been an airgun ethusiast for about 20 yrs and have a very small permissions around some stables but have learned alot from researching how ever small it is im lucky to have it also the game has changed alot. i have met quite a few pals since moving here but none who really share my interest in shooting so i would like to tag along with any shooter who would welcome me i would like to watch learn and improve my hunting skills from
  19. hi mate i agree with the above just be polite expect many many knockbacks dont take your gun or dress as rambo> and would highly recommend getting cover by basc or something along them lines you can also get 250 business cards printed at vistaprint for very cheap theyre easy to knock up just offer free pest control and ya insured etc all the best mate hope this helps. ps if you sigh up to vistaprint make ya card but dont check out or pay within a couple of days there be hounding you with offers at a fraction of the price you were originally quoted
