    Lined Bitch ,

Cracking pair mate I would be interested in one of these if there was any left over, hope it all goes well for you pal
  2. Hi mate was ideally hoping for some sort of terrier, spaniel, or beagle mix dog yours might be a bit tall for working tight cover is it?
  3. Cheers bazil it was preferably a dog I was after but thanks for your time ?
  4. Any litters about or planned litters or even a dog already doing job considered??
  5. Sick of getting an ear bashing about never been at home in fact I've lately started thinking she right and maybe I need to give something up, so what on wondering is what other activities do you do bar obviously the dogs. I go to the gym, go out with the dogs and like to get out on my motorbike as well as been a dad and working self employed! Maybe she's right ???
  6. How's that terrier of yours doing mate did you ever swap it for that plummer?
  7. Just seen a litter advertised what do you lads think?? As handy as the next dog??
  8. It's a mastiff to a lurcher mate not ideal haha, have you any idea how much it costs?
  9. Despite taking precautions my lurcher has got out of his run and in with my bitch, don't no who let it out or if the bolt wasn't through properly but anyway I've read up about this termination for dogs and it seems quite high risk?has any one used it?? Don't really want a load of pups that no one will want
  10. Some people missing the point a bit I think, I no crossing with a grey would offer more, but the point is I want a bit more success in the smaller fields and just wanting a small lurcher, and as for a straight whippet I think adding terrier or bull is going to add more drive and keep size down
  11. With the whippet x rather than greyhound cross your creating a lighter smaller dog hence better acceleration wich is what I need a lot of the times on these small fields
  12. Not all rounder as in quarry I meant more as in mooching ferreting lamping, but wouldn't just want a straight rabbit dog. I've seen a few beddlington xs but a fair few of them were yappers
  13. Has anyone had experience with both? Was thinking about getting a smaller lurcher to run with my other and just wondering about the pros and cons to these dogs as to wich would make a decent all rounder of us it just pot luck
  14. U've got yourself a peeper haha pain in the arse, they sometimes do it if they have become nervous around the dogs for some reason like said above plenty of handling and running about in yard
  15. Cheers for the advice that sounds right straight back to motor, he's lamped well all season just thought it was odd that he started doing it now but I guess the runs are getting harder with all the bunnys knowing the crack been lamped time n time again
  16. Deffinitely how I feel sometimes lol a few easy runs I think is what's needed but ill have to find some new land for that! ?
  17. Any ideas why my lurcher has started doing a lap of honour when the lamp goes out (only when he misses, still retrieves) and how I can stop it??
  18. I built most of the courses for that last year, it's a good laugh and for a good cause and like you say it's something to say you've done
  19. How do you make a donation for the classifieds thanks
  20. Yes I recall seeing photos of it,Looks a handy thing . i have a headstrong terrier , good little busher but when it's on scent there's no getting it back , which in some cases can be a little frustrating when your wanting to move on but like you say this will backtrack an end up by your side again
  21. Do you find your hounds headstrong and tendbto hunt miles up front, and does crossing them with springers ect help? Maybe should start a thread going of topic a bit sorry pal
