  1. Think I've seen that last dog, on DVD, if so very tidy dog indeed. Good luck with them fella.
  2. I would go to the papers. Man nearly hacked to death trying to rescue his beloved dog from a travels site. Oh and don't forget to mention that the police were informed, but done f##k all. Eather to scared or more likely to politically correct, just like they was with those Paki nonses. Hope your well soon fella.
  3. The old bill don't wont to know, because they haven't got the recourses to go onto the site. It's a f#####g joke what the scum get away with, f#####g parasites.
  4. You can tell his seen a lot of hare's, and with his style of running and his ability to read his hare, I don't think I've seen(on u tube) a dog that makes it look so easy.
  5. Not much you can put on the pads (that's going to stay there) if there out side in a kennel be careful what he stands in. Just keep washing with salty water and some disinfectant, if outside, as often as possible.
  6. No it was because of knob heads from up north, coming down with high powered rifles and a freezer lorry.
  7. It's just (as u put it just a kevin/Perry moment) most dogs go through it. Just try to stay calm and he will soon be over it. Good luck & Happy Hunting
  8. Your wife was with some friends wasn't she. They could be a witness for your wife, and as they only heard a women say what she did, it's up to them to prove who said what... Case closed
  9. Armed old bill, about 10 of the c###s pointing there machine guns at us as we come through the hedge.
  10. Get yourself one of those wire brushes(for dogs), and they come out easier when the coat is wet. I find the bigger sticky balls(the one's Goldies love) the worst, but they also are easily removed in the bath. The one to worry about are the darts, (as we called them as kids) they get stuck in the coat and then, bed themself's into the dogs skin, and it's a vets job to get them removed.
  11. Some people on here will piss themselves laughing with this one. But with all my pups at about 5/6 months I take them to the same field,(about 700 acres) it's very rairly cut so holds probably thousands of field mouse, I show them a few holes and incuradge them to find it, the pups love it and there lurning to use there nose and not charging around the place doing themselves harm. Good luck with you pup.
  12. The Irish hare (lepus timidus hibernicus) is a sub-species to the mountain hare (lepus timidus) and only accursed in Ireland. Having arrived as the ice sheets melted 10,000 years ago. The Irish hare does not go totally white in winter, and only has 2 moults a year, rather than 3 and generally stays brown through the winter, though they may become pale, or develope white patches.
  13. You have only to look at greyhounds, some stud dogs projuice more open class puppy's than others. Some top greyhounds have projuiced none Also you can get a pup that's come from nothing special turning out a Darby winner. It's just a mater of doing your home work and a bit of luck. But you will always be better of using the best bloodlines that YOU can afford.
  14. The match game, that's what's f####d the cost of coursing pups. From what I gather on here £500.00 seems to be the starting price for a match, and the biggest I've heard of was £75.000 and that was probably 15 years ago, so if you get a gooden, a proper gooden, it's almost like the duck that lays the Golden eggs. If you want a gooden, your find one quicker, using proven lines, also a £1000.00 to some men is f##k all, but to someone else it's a fortune.
  15. A whippet would do you fine, it's what you put in to them, that gets you the end result. Couple of fellas on here doing great with there whippets, it's just getting the right one for your needs, if it's JUST RABBITS go for the smaller size, if you want to run the odd long ear go for one about 23". Good luck and take your time getting the right one, and you won't be disappointed.
  16. I've put this one on before, but if your into performance diets for your dogs this is a must Feeding_the_Racing_Greyhound.pdf
  17. At least 10 months, and only short straight runs. Good luck with ya pup.
  18. You can't make a silk purse out of a pigs ear. But a BIG percentage is down to the pups owner, and upbringing, not just the breeding.
  19. Work on her recall and wait for easy rabbits, on easier nights, darker, more wind, softer gowing so she can turn tighter. Good luck & Happy Hunting.
  20. Yes mad4it, used correctly, especially with youngsters, they are great tools to sharpen up your dogs. Start with short runs (50m) and depending on the size of the battery, and line, and maybe some of them little wheels, they use in simulated coursing, you could do anything from your own little flapping track, to a fancy simulated course. I moa the best way to get a dog match fit, other than behind it's intended game. If your happy just running them in straight lines, try a little hill, then build it up to as steep as your dogs can handle.
  21. Do you know anyone going abroad? In a lot of country's, you can bye them over the counter.
  22. In moa in daylight, I would much rather walk fields full of cattle, rather than come across a stallion in a field with me dog.
