    In same process of house training a pup and doing the watching like a hawk trick putting her out side then praise and a treat but the other day she had a accident straight after I had just spent 30 min out side with her and watched her go so called her over pointed at the puddle and said "what's this " she lowered her head and looked at me so she showed me she knew it was wrong just can't figure out why that happened

    Been told by one of the customers I vist that his dads best mate has a farm over run with rabbits and he has told me go see him and say he sent me. This the closest I have come to getting some new land in years so got my fingers crossed

    Went out with my uncle on his usual permission at York to blast some bunnys started of a bit quite odd one or two but soon as the saw the lamp they buggered off. It was too quite not much Cotten tail action anywhere and we just could not under stand it then we saw why in one field we had four pairs of eyes shining back at us a family of foxes we got close and noticed it was 2 young ones and 2 adults they run of to the field we had just come from. We plodded on to the next field cursing them scaring our tea off like that. Then another 5 foxes in next field not good still managed to bag 2 large

    Think they are 5.51 but I did not know you could get 5,52 thought they were all the same "I know shame on me " but you learn something new every day

    You need some that lives close to you to let you have a go of a 177 then you will have something to compare the 22 your use to

    I use 177 bsa scorpian t-10 for hunting its does the job every time put ten shots in a 5 pence size grouping at 55yards at my local hft club

    I use aa diablo at moment in my bsa scorpian t10 and they seem to work well but can't help but think some other brand may be better

    Has anyone tryed h&n baracuda hunter extreme they look fancy with the cross and Hollow point. Just got a feeling they not going to be as accurate as I need as I hunt with 177 and shot placement is key

    Hi guys have 2 ferrets from a working line but not got anyone to go with to get them in to it also got a bedlington pup that needs to shadow some other dogs to see how it's done. I live in Batley but willing to travel even pick you up and drive to the permission and will help carry kit also I am insured

    I have had a bit of good luck lately as my uncle asked my to help him get some bunnys of a bit of land he has in York. We arranged a day to go after work for a evening of bunny blasting we are only allowed to use air rifles as it's a museum and can't risk using shotguns near thousands of pounds worth of old farm machinery. When We get there the bemused look on his face when I told him I shoot a .177 could see the old debate of .22 is best for hunting about to start so told him how I could shoot a clean head shot out to 55yrds every time no problem. After a few month of shooting together

    I tryed my hand at making my own rabbit burgers as I was given a mincer from my dad. Got two rabbits out of my game freezer let them defrost used saddle and back leg meat. Stuck the cuts of meat through the mincer added a little bit of tomato ketchup just to bind the meat. Manged to get four burgers out of it put them on a baking tray and grilled them and had them in a bread bun even my girlfriend had two they tasted that good .

    Hi Been shooting for years air rifle and shotgun but have now been and got some ferrets after a shooting trip with a work mate and used his ferrets and it was a eye opening experience loved it. . I have also just been given a puppy bedlington terrier too getting a right little fields sports family going. I live in Batley but so far only able to shoot in York but I am trying to get more permission closer to home
