    The bracelet is made from a copper lightning conductor. I've made three of them for myself, but someone always asks if I can make one for them , so I just give them the one I'm wearing(I always was as soft as shite). I really enjoy making those saxon/viking knives . I make them from van coil springs. Did the sycamore chopping board stand the test of time ?. I made quite a few from sycamore and lime , and quite a few from oak.

    In all honesty , I wouldn't know how to measure the fuel consumption. I've only used two medium sized bottles of gas in about four years . I used it an awful lot in the beginning, but I don't use it so often these days . I use a piece of railway track as an anvil , although my mate does have an old anvil that he's put aside for me. I use it for all sorts of bits and bobs. Before I bought it , my wife bought me a day on an introductory knife making course.     I've got one of the cheap single burner propane forges . I bought it about four years ago, with the intention of making knives ( I just wanted to play with a forge really). I made a few knives to begin with( I scratched that itch), and now it sits in the corner of my garden , and just gets used for the odd job . Last week I used it to manipulate a piece of 6mm steel , to make a hanging bracket for steel fencing . I paid less than £100 for it , and it's payed for itself several times over. I keep thinking that I'll put doors on it , to make it more efficient, but it's never really needed them

    Smoking is awful, and a couple of the worst days of my life , was when I realised that my kids smoked . I knew only too well that they thought smoking was OK because they'd seen me doing it . Fortunately they both kicked the habit much earlier than I did .

    The best of it , is that I hated smoking . Fags taste like shite , and make you feel like shite , make you smell , bankrupt you , then kill you. You start smoking because you think it's the thing to do( because your mates do it), but by the time you realise just how shite it is , it's got you , and you're f****d . You're just a slave to nicotine, and it owns your soul. Lots of smokers tell themselves that they enjoy it , or that they can give up at any time they want , but in reality , if they had an option , they would quit instantly.

    Speaking as an ex 60/80 a day smoker , I wish fags had been banned long before I started smoking . I haven’t touched a fag in years , but I'm still a chronic nicotine addict . I spend my life clinging to my vape , and I hate it. I've done some dumb ass things in my lifetime , but starting smoking was the dumbest .

    This . I have no problem with any nationality eating any animal . Dog, cats , whales , dolphins , monkeys . It's all food . But do the horrible b*****ds really need to treat the animals so badly before slaughter.

    I was a Labour voter , and I even voted for Tony Blair. I honestly believed that he was a good honest decent man . How feckin wrong was I. I'll be voting tory again this time . I despise them , but the thought of a Labour government frightens the shite out of me.

    My brother is in the Philippines at the moment, having a house built for him and his girlfriend. He's feckin mental . He had the best english wife in the world , that was well out of his league in every way , but he still isn't satisfied. I've tried to explain to him that he'll end up buried in the jungle , but he's doing what he wants , and doesn't give a rats ass. One of the guys that work for him ( in this country) , Has been sending most of his wages to his phillipino girlfriend for years. He sends her thousands of pounds a year , and he's never even thrown a leg over her .

    It can get a bit expensive when you lodge your guns with a rfd . My mate has a dozen guns lodged at the moment, at the cost of £1.00 per day , per gun . He's been paying £84.00 per week for about a year now , while the police sort issues with his ticket. The sad part is that the guns are worth pennies , but they were his dad and grandads guns , and he can't bring himself to scrap them. The stupid part , is that it's his own fault .
