what is your answer on the subject? once you can fathom out what I,m on about I have no solution kid. If your looking for the answers to the worlds problems you wont find them here. I just enjoy the countryside and hearing about other people's country pursuits like many others before the sight got over run with threads like this. I prefer pointless threads with people talking about dogs and fishin rods

most of this is nonsense. A calorie is a calorie no matter what and going to low om carbs is a bad thing. Wouldnt go below 50 gram a daY and thats seriously hard to do. Unless you plan on competing i would just eat below your maintenance calories and exercise a bit more often

Anybody painted the underside if their 4x4 if so was it worth and what paint did you use?

Get a cheap arc welder a few sticks and practice away you'll be half decent in no time. I'm not a welder but have one in the van for welding up brackets when I'm pipe fitting and they take a serious amount if weight bit of practice and you'll be fine

Carrier bag they are bags for life and your encouraged to reuse them . Plus if they get fcuked just bin it only 6p
