Ahh I see a snow ball effect is kicking in now, I've told everyone I am new to this and have asked a few questions some of you obviously dont like. I didnt know they were taboo questions amongst you lot, so I'll stop asking just to put anyone who is concerned at ease.

I think its a bit harsh you were asked to leave after less than a minute of barking. I can understand none stop barking for ages, but getting booted off a site for muffled barking from inside a caravan and less than a minutes barking on a camp site is OTT if you ask me. Still best thing to do is to buy one of these collars, sounds like its your only choice if you want to take the dog with you unfortunately.

Ah I just typed up a fair post asking what BADGER DIGGING WITH TERRIERS by David Harcombe was like then scrolled down abit and seen you've answered what I was going to ask so deleted it lol . Dig Deep, would you say its worth £20 rats? I wouldn't mind reading about badger digging seeing as its not likely that I'll be doing any under this current law.

The bleedin' seagulls make more a racket than the dog will for 15 - 20 minutes, I dont see why people would get so wound up over abit of barking for a short while. Still you do get some funny b*stards around who'll find anything to moan about so maybe you should buy one of them yokes Simoman has bought, a bark inhibitor.

If youre not even gone for half an hour then wheres the problem? Surely the people around can handle abit of barking coming from inside a caravan for less than 30 mins? My neighbours dog barks all day long if theres no one in the house, and she wont stop until someone gets in lol. It dont bother me though I couldnt give a shit about dogs barking if I'm honest. Never heard of these collars youer talking about? I take it they somehow stop a dog from barking??? How does that work (or meant to work) then?

Just a few question I'm hoping some of you can help me and my brother with here. How do you suggest our mate takes care of his Patterdale bitch whilst she is pregnant? This is the first time she's been pregnant, so I'm just abit nervous about this if I'm honest. The last thing I would want to see is it all goes t!ts up because he's made a few fatal errors. Rice and Pasta are high in carbohydrates, they provide dogs and humans alike with plenty of slow releasing energy, but in saying that over doing either of these (Especialy Pasta!) will make your dog fat if they dont run it off properly, as the carbs will be stored which will turn to fat. If you're going to give them pasta or rice then dont over do it, maybe a small ammount 2 times a week. Rice is the less fattening of the two and if youre going to get pasta get the wheat based pasta, its alot healthier, just like wholemeal bread is better for us than what white bread is, wheat based pa

Hi P.M. no not yet, the vet said if he can get 3 day's out of the bandage that will do fine, I think the meds he is on has him doped up abit, he get's his last tablet tomorrow so no douth the next day he will be at it, I will just have to wait and see ,I have a little bitch pup out of him I got back as a service fee , she is stone mad I'll take a few photos and put them up in the next few days, all the best bock. Excellent mate, I love seeing all these different terriers on here, I'm gonna have to get some up of my pup again, he's growing fast. -

Sorry to see him injured like that mate, still he looks as tough as nails so with abit fo luck he should be OK. Have you had any problems with him biting at his bandage or anything? my mate had to have his American Bulldog operated on and he's been scratching and biting at the wound, made abit of a pigs ear of it he has. Best of luck with him though and I wish him a speedy recovery! -

one of the first terriers I owned and worked and was as good as any if not better than most on big game , I would like to get my hands on a working glen again ,did not know what I had at the time but that was many years ago I am older and wiser now, my patt has some glen in him this is him Oh yeah he looks proper him mate, well doen to you for picking him up. -

They've been here a long time before Blair got in power and make up about 5% of the population of this whole country (muslims that is), So dont worry too much, if it did kick off they'd be scooped up like dog shit and trashed with ease. Theres loads of them in city areas but not many else where as I understand it. -

Yeah I'm glad you've raised the question JRT, I'm still learning about dogs myself realy (only had mine for about 5 weeks or something) so the next time I can leave them to it without causing any problems. It is a tad though aint it lol.

Hitting them financialy is THE best thing to do if you want them out the country, but what difference is it going to make trying to tell these stupid thick birds who go out to buy bits and bobs Specificaly from them, all because Mr Iqbal sells something 5p cheaper. The one of them got armed robbed that many times round by us he just packed up his japatti's and f*cked off. My dogs got its own bed, wont let it on in mine no chance, infact I dont even let him in our bedroom. I've caught him in there a few times and he knows he's not meant to be in there because he'll chip straight for him bed when he knows he's been caught the little sh*t lol. We get on great and I love having him about but I think there has to be some boundaries set when it comes to this sort of thing.
