    Nice going Tony, glad your managing to get some practise in mate, whatever I shoot goes to the ferrets as well, looking forward to the start of the ferreting season. I was using 9.5's with single TBG, but found if you don't headshot pigeons with them, then I was getting a plume of feathers and the pigeon pissing off, I thought I'd give marbles ago as i ran out off bb's, m10 hexnuts also work a treat up to about 10m, they seem to swerve any distance after that

    A lot of people but them ready made from ebay mate, if you use 9.5mm steel it should be good for taking pigeons etc

    Haven't managed to get out on a mooch with the catty that much recently due to having another littlun, but managed to get out for an hour this evening, had these with looped 1745's and 16mm marbles. The first squirrel was a near on verticle shot, not really sure how I managed to hit it, but it dropped right at my feet...... Everybody's gotta have a bit of luck now and again lol.. Anybody else been out mooching recently?

    Looks good mate, I would probably only use light single flats on it. Good for your first one tho ;-)

    I went a couple more times after we went mate, had a few out and found some more warrens, might pop up later with a lamp and see what's about.

    not a problem mate I'm off to just look tomorrow and see how they want them got rid off so as long as it all goes well we should have a good few days out this season glad you finally got some decent perm mate. Is it local? I was going to take a walk around my perm near us to see what the numbers were like soon.

    Got a couple of natural catties for sale, one is Oak and one is mesquite, made by a lad in America, looking for £22 each posted, comes banded with theraband hunting bands. May also trade/swap for hunting stuff

    Lol it's the adrenalin makes your ass go mate! Just keep at it, you will get there. Just remember your only seeing the shots that hit the woodies..... Not all of the ones that flew over there heads and missed by miles. I've hit some woodies and wandered how the hell I managed to hit it....... Then some I've missed and wandered how the hell I missed from such a short distance lol.

    Just click on the plus (+) sign and upload photos from your phone, then once uploaded, click on the copy icon, then click on the IMG code, it should automatically copy it, then just paste it onto your post that your writing.

    Lol you could buy the one I got..... If you can, cut yourself a natural fork mate. I could send you a bandset up to try and see how you get on. Or I could do you a cheap natural banded for a few quid, if making them ain't your thing. Pm me if you buddy

    I'd prob start off with a cheap multiplex catty first mate, if you fork hit it, it's not gunna matter. I'd band it with straight cut 25mm theraband gold and use 9.5mm steel ammo. You'll soon learn what you like and what suits your shooting style.
