My draw length is 32", I cut my tubes at 33cm then looped, shoots m.8 hexnuts great, have taken loads of game with this set up.

Just make your own templates from card! Fold card in half, draw half a catty on it on fold line, cut out with scissors, unfold card and there you have a symmetrical catty template ;-)

shorten the length of your bands, or use heavier ammo mate, band slap is just excess energy caused by bands being to powerfull for size/weight of ammo

I've got a 32" draw and I cut my tubes 33 cm long, these are then looped

All depends on the length of your draw mate, everybody's draw length is different

try and find someone with proven working ferrets to tag along with or invite them to your perm, then let your ferret follow the experienced one around, you will both learn doing this, also if you was doing a 200 yard hedgerow using only 1 ferret, then the rabbits are probably giving the ferret the run around, get yourself another Jill, not only will they both work better as a pair, but also ferrets are best kept with another ferret for company
