    Isn't the Cape Hunting Dog the ultimate sight hunter for the country having had a few million years to evolve lol. On a more serous note looks like you have some very good hunting!yes wee hunt 4days a week the cape hunting dog hunts in packs mutch like the azawakh it runs the game ded sum times wee have limeted space so wee need the speed lol and cape hunting dogs will never hunt jacal

    These dogs belong to a vrend of mine thy are bred for bite speed and agression and thy hunt mostly jacal

    I was thinking more the lines of 3/4 cross collie or bull due to I do alot of foxing but then again I havent seen much of salukis mate but when comes to running dogs I no you need some in them but would be nice to try over a full saluki or a half grey saluki this is what you need mate wee hunt jacal which is simmeler to your fox and this dog can go all night and he bites good speed more than enough

    yes and no i suppose if you would have a run in with a big cat the dogs will take the grunt of the attack but we do have guns lol its never happened

    let me tel you a bit about the boergreyhound It resembles a giant greyhound .Bret more for hunting than racing The Boer greyhound is indigenes to South Africa an was bred years ago by the RSA farmers Its tougher , bits harder and has more stamina it was bred by combining sight hounds like the borzoi and Irish deer hound saluki and different types of working dogs like the German shepherd and pit-bull this was all combined and bred back to the English greyhound that’s why it resembles the greyhound so much It is now a registered breed in South Africa

    yes but not as many . the top dog is my top hunter he is a saluki cross boer greyhound .he has tremendous speed and endurace
