  13. Hi there, well i can recomend the TX200hunter carbine ... i have a left handed one in .177 ... in wallnut, and have to say ist stunning, i had the s410 carbine, but allways had and used a springer so i decided to revert back to having one. Local gunshop phoned to say he had one just come in and that it was a minter ... and he wasent lieing ... its stunning... first time i have ever owned ( or shot) a .177 and within 15 minuits i was hitting a 5 shot group that can get covered with a 5p coin at 40 meters ... i was totally blown away by the looks and the accuracy of it .. its a little
  14. fill the target holder with crumpled up newspaper till its packed ... and for a backstop get a big thick piece of polystyrine (as used in packing washing machines/tumble dryers etc ..... mount this on some plywood and it will be quiet , mobile, and cheap as well as stopping the pellets ... but quiet enough not to annoy the neighbours

  19. hi there, whilst up on one of my permissions the other day, i passed a comment to the farmer that i hadent spotted a single rabbit there, he told me that the rabbit ppulation was all but wiped out with myxomatosis a year or so ago ...... not good news and hoping the population will soon grow so i can get back to the shooting ... anyone else had this type of thing happen on a permission ???
