Well going to start ferreting in a couple of weeks got a 11 month old pup should I have her loose to begin with when working a bury or should I have her on a slip would it be better for her to work with another dog to get the hang of it she is completely stock broken but not the greatest recall once she's after something any advice

Well over the last 2 weeks the pup has killed the last 4 times out unfortunately were I run my dog mixi has hit hard I'm just wandering wether it will affect my dog by with such easy runs

Well took the pup out for an hour tonight I no a field that's full of rabbits and just let the pup have a run at em and she killed her first rabbit so pleased the satisfaction of the first kill admit idly the rabbit was mixi but can't be bad for her to get her confidence up and it did give her a little bit of a course well I'm well pleased anyway roll on the season

What's the smallest dog anyone has seen on mr big eared rabbits prob been asked before just curious iv got a saluki whippet at 21 inches just wandering if she will be big enough to hold em and catch em on the stubble

Don't you just hate farmers Sometimes there was literally 100 or so in this one field and I asked the farmer if he wanted to get rid of them but just said no how can I change husband mind it would be idle permission for me close to home oh well just keep looking I guess

Well iv got a nearly 9 month old saluki whippet stubborn cow been on a walk with her and she in and out bushes marking holes flushing rabbits to chase and she gets right up at em and she trying so hard but she just will not strike I'm sure she could of had at least a couple today if she would of and another thing when she is on a rabbit and she misses there just no chance of her coming back but if were at the lake park etc her recall is really quite good is it something I'm doing have I started her to earley it's my first running dog so any advice will be appreciated thanks
